Interview Simulator is a part of CareerIn$urance™ and is owned and operated by Sidnet Insignia Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at Unit 603-604, 6th Floor, Tower B, Bhutani Alpha Thum, Sector 90, NEPZ, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Interview Simulator provides AI-powered mock interview simulations. The service includes configurable interview panels, real-time questioning, scoring, and transcript generation. The service is for practice and self-improvement purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
• Share account access or resell credits to third parties.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harassing content.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service.

Credits are billed in Indian Rupees (or other supported currencies) at the price displayed at checkout. Credits are non-transferable. Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

All content, software, prompts, models, and AI-generated outputs on the platform are the property of Sidnet Insignia Pvt Ltd or its licensors. The trademark "CareerInsurance™" and related branding belong to Sidnet Insignia Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your interview configurations and personal transcripts for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated interview questions, evaluations, and scores are advisory and should not be treated as a definitive assessment of your skills, employability, or job-readiness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidnet Insignia Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless required to be refunded under our refunds policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
