Refunds & Cancellations

At CareerInsurance, we provide digital services and intellectual-property-based solutions through Interview Simulator. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions set out below.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds will only be considered if the service has not been accessed, logged into, or used even once after purchase.
• Once a service has been accessed or activated, no refund will be issued.

• Send an email to support@careerinsurance.online within 7 days of purchase, with your order details and reason for requesting a refund.
• Our support team will verify usage/access records and respond within 5 business days.

Since this is not an ongoing subscription or recurring service, there shall be no scope for any cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage reaching out to us directly for faster resolution.
