Terms of Use

By accessing or using Interview Simulator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Interview Simulator provides AI-powered mock interview simulations. The service includes configurable interview panels, real-time questioning, scoring, and transcript generation. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Share account access or resell credits to third parties.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harassing content.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law. Credits expire 24 months from the date of purchase. Free sessions are limited to the stated allowance per account.

All content, software, and AI-generated outputs on the platform are the property of Interview Simulator or its licensors. You retain ownership of your interview configurations and transcripts for personal use.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated interview questions and scores are advisory and should not be considered definitive evaluations of your abilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview Simulator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
