Interview Simulator is a fully digital service. There are no physical products, shipments, or logistics involved. All deliverables — interview sessions, transcripts, scores, and PDF reports — are generated and delivered electronically through the platform.

Paid credits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. In rare cases of payment gateway delays, credits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. If credits are not delivered within 1 hour, contact us at hello@interviewsimulator.in.

Mock interview sessions are accessible immediately upon configuration. There is no waiting period or shipping time. Your configured panel, questions, and scoring are available in real time.

Interview transcripts and score reports are generated automatically at the end of each session. PDF exports are available for download from your session history page immediately after completion.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and recommend scheduling critical practice sessions with buffer time.
