Refunds & Cancellations

1. Digital service

Interview Simulator provides a fully digital, on-demand service. Credits are delivered instantly and consumed at the time of use. Due to the nature of digital goods, all credit purchases are final.

2. Refund eligibility

We do not offer refunds on consumed credits. However, a full refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Technical failure on our platform that prevented you from starting or completing a paid interview session.
  • Duplicate payment charged in error.
  • Credits purchased but never used within 48 hours of purchase, and a refund is requested within 7 days.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@interviewsimulator.in with your registered email address, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Cancellations

There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Upon closure, any unused credits are forfeited and not refundable.

5. Disputed transactions

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage reaching out to us directly for faster resolution.

6. Exceptions

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this policy.
