We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials via our auth provider.
• Interview data: transcripts, scores, and session configurations you create during mock interviews.
• Usage data: credits consumed, session counts, and feature usage for billing and service improvement.
• Payment information: handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details on our servers.

• To provide and maintain the interview simulation service.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To send service-related notifications (session completion, low credits, etc.).
• To improve our AI models and question quality — anonymized and aggregated only.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and database services.
• Legal authorities — only when required by applicable law.

Interview transcripts and session data are retained for 12 months from the date of creation, after which they are automatically purged. You may request earlier deletion at any time via email.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@interviewsimulator.in. We will respond within 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted and logged. We conduct regular security reviews.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notice.
