Frequently asked questions

I did not receive my credits after payment.

Check your email for a Razorpay confirmation. If credits are still missing after 15 minutes, email billing@interviewsimulator.in with your transaction ID.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Unused credits may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase and 48 hours of non-use. See our Refunds & Cancellations page.

Is there a phone number I can call?

We are a small team and handle all support via email. This lets us investigate thoroughly and respond with context.

Do you offer enterprise or team plans?
